ショートムービープラットフォーム「TikTok（ティックトック）」はこれまで、TikTokを活用した茨城県の県政広報・プロモーションの取組を茨城県と協働で行ってまいりました。
5月26日、TikTok Japan 執行役員 公共政策本部長の山口が、茨城県 大井川和彦 知事への表敬訪問を実施しました。表敬訪問では、これまでの取組と成果についてご報告するとともに、今後のより一層の連携強化に向けた意見交換を行いました。

○これまでに茨城県と協働で実施した県政広報・プロモーションについて
2019年9月には、茨城県営業戦略部プロモーションチームと連携のもと、都道府県初の公式TikTokアカウント「いばキラTV公式TikTokアカウント」を開設し、運用を開始しました。同アカウントでは、観光スポットを中心に、茨城の様々な魅力を発信しています。2021年元旦には、TikTokのライブストリーミング機能「TikTok LIVE」を用いて、茨城県内の人気初日の出スポット「大洗磯前神社」の初日の出の様子をLIVE配信でお届けしました。好評につき、この取組は2022年にも実施されました。2022年は茨城県五浦海岸のシンボルで文化人・岡倉天心ゆかりの「六角堂」より初日の出の様子がTikTok LIVEでライブストリーミングされました。
2021年の好評を受け、2022年も公式TikTokアカウント「いばキラTV公式TikTokアカウント」より実施された初日の出ライブ（TikTok LIVE）配信
また、茨城県の魅力発信の取組として、人気のTikTokクリエイター協力のもと各クリエイター独自の感性・撮影手法により制作された茨城県の魅力発信ショートムービーを公開しています。さらに2022年3月には、TikTokと茨城県が連携し、人権啓発に係る３つのテーマについて人気クリエイター協力のもと啓発動画を制作・公開し、「コロナ禍における人権尊重」「ネット上での人権尊重」、「性的多様性に関する人権尊重」をテーマとした動画が各クリエイター独自の世界観で制作されました。

これまで、茨城県との共同の取組の中で制作・投稿した動画等の総視聴回数は約1000万回、いいね数は約27万となっており、いばキラTV公式TikTokアカウントでは約9700人のフォロワーを獲得しています。（2022年5月時点）
今後も、TikTokは地方自治体をはじめとする公的機関と連携のもと、ショートムービーやTikTok LIVEを活用した情報発信を推進してまいります。
